In the home gardens beautiful flowers begin to emerge and the Green Room bursts into color with baskets for the Faire.

  3. Linda, yes very busy...this year we have less volunteers working with us, and we are expecting more patrons through the gate.

  4. Gail, thank you so much for your wonderful compliments! I very much love the new camera I received for Christmas, the Canon G11, and am a huge fan of the macro setting! I too am still learning...there are many settings and buttons I have yet to try. :0)

    Iris are one of my favorite flowers! When I found this wine color in Siberian Iris years ago, I knew it was a must for my collection! I am anxiously awaiting to capture the images of blooms in some of my favorite beardeds, both antique/vintage varieties, one which came from my grandmother's 1950's garden.
