Gail, thank you so much for your wonderful compliments! I very much love the new camera I received for Christmas, the Canon G11, and am a huge fan of the macro setting! I too am still learning...there are many settings and buttons I have yet to try. :0)
Iris are one of my favorite flowers! When I found this wine color in Siberian Iris years ago, I knew it was a must for my collection! I am anxiously awaiting to capture the images of blooms in some of my favorite beardeds, both antique/vintage varieties, one which came from my grandmother's 1950's garden.
